Typically orders less than 20 will be printed using this method. Plastisol - This is more or less screen printing. Inks are forced through a stencil and then cured via extreme heat. This is only used on large orders with very simple designs. Vinyl - This is a cheap and effective method of print that uses a vinyl cut out that is heat pressed onto the tshirt. This only works on simple, single colour designs but can be used on small orders. Latex - This involves printing to a latex transfer. It is limited to solid shapes but can allow a vast amount of detail. This method is used on large detailed orders. Can I choose how my tshirt is printed?
